Fuel has writes some wicked songs; I don’t know how many pages of Dragonball doujinshi sketches I made while listening to “Hemorrhage (In My Hands)”. Now they’ve got “Falls on Me”, which might be the perfect post-Chapter-292-Miroku song. After two hundred-plus chapters and a hundred-plus episodes of skirting around his feelings for Sango, Miroku finally comes to terms with them, as well as Sango’s own feelings for him, and he hasn’t looked back since. Though it’s almost next to impossible to know how Miroku’s mind works, I’m fairly sure the resolution must’ve been incredibly liberating for him, since he hasn’t felt the need to...well, misbehave, since (in the manga, at least. Apparently in the anime they’re still conflicted). Anyway, that’s basically the gist of the above sketch, inspired by the song. It might be cheesy, but I like it. I’m probably going to end up using the lyrics for my next layout. Maybe.
