This one I did last semester for my Printmaking class; it was supposed to be the template for a three-color pronto print project that eventually drove me nuts because the freaking ink just wouldn’t stay within the lines. In retrospect, maybe I should’ve made the line work a bit less intricate.

I was going to put this up earlier, but it’s only now that I was able to locate it. It’s, obviously, Miroku done Jim Lee-style, crosshatching and all. (It was kinda fun drawing it; I remember going around class asking people if it looked right, and they kept fixating on his butt. Not that I intended it to be a focus. Really.) The final print was blue and silver and black; I still maintain it would’ve been really awesome to look at if the water and ink had just cooperated. Oh, well.

I don’t know what he’s looking at. Perhaps Sango?
